Chakra Balancing (1.5 hours)
Chakra balancing is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy into the chakra. The effect of well-balanced chakras often translates into a feeling of well-being, relaxation, centeredness, increased vitality and embodiment of oneself. One of the most important factors that affect our chakras is our emotions. However, our negative emotions can cause blocks in our chakras and serious health problems. Each negative emotion that you may experience affects a certain chakra and can lead to certain health problems. Many emotional blocks have to do with yourself or with experiences that have made you act a certain way. An emotional block can make you feel negative emotions and feelings that block you up even more, preventing you from moving forward. Understanding our negative emotions gives us the opportunity to heal. Unblocking chakras, in concert with other healing techniques, often provides a great deal of emotional and spiritual healing and helps prevent physical disease, too. During the chakra balancing I am able to see into the chakra witnessing where the blocks or disturbance are along with the emotion that created the block in the first place. The work is done by bringing awareness to the emotion that first created the block. Working with that emotion which was created by an event or experience can help heal and release the block by bringing it to the surface. Chakra blockages are a common energetic problem. Energy healing can help to open chakras and return the physical and energetic systems to better health. This session will be up to an 1.5 hours.
